1. What Haistoric is

Haistoric is a satirical, AI-assisted publication of fictional alternative-history dispatches. Nothing on the Site is a statement of historical fact. Content is created for entertainment and creative purposes only and should not be relied upon as factual, educational, legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to register.

3. User content

You retain ownership of the prompts and content you submit. By submitting, you grant Haistoric a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the Site and in connection with promoting it.

You agree not to submit content that:

• infringes anyone's intellectual property or privacy;
• is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or harassing;
• contains sexual content involving minors or graphic violence;
• impersonates a real person in a defamatory manner;
• promotes self-harm, terrorism, or illegal activity;
• attempts to manipulate the moderation, voting, or ranking systems.

4. AI-generated content

Dispatches are generated by AI models from your prompts. Output may be inaccurate, offensive, or unintentionally similar to existing works. We do not warrant the originality or accuracy of AI output, and you use it at your own risk.

5. Acceptable use

You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, overload, or interfere with the Site or its underlying services. You may not use the Site to generate content that violates applicable law or the policies of the AI providers that power it.

6. Advertising

The Site may display third-party advertising. We are not responsible for the content of advertisements or the products and services they promote.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these terms or use the Site in a way that risks harm to others or to the Site itself.
